Kenncoat Polyurethane Adhesive is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based adhesive. It is used for bonding synthetic grass carpets, rubber tiles, rubber rolls to concrete surfaces, as well as industrial coatings, insulation coatings, glass, metal, stainless steel, ceramics, styrofoam, wood, plywood and chipboard.

A and B components by mass - 21 kg A and 4 kg B
Pot Life - 15-40 minutes (Varies depending on weather and humidity conditions.)
Application Methods- Level comb, trowel, spatula or squeegee.
Equipment Cleaning - Ethyl acetate, butyl acetate or cellulosic thinner is used.
Surface Preparation - The ground must be clean, dry, free of dust and oil, repaired, and if it is to be applied on concrete, the concrete must be laid at least 22 days ago.
Application Terms There should be no moisture, dust, dirt, rust and oil on the application surface.
All mixed material should be consumed within the usage period.
Application Procedure It is recommended to follow the following rules during application.
21 kg of component A and 4 kg of component B should be mixed with a slow speed mixer for at least 2 minutes. All ingredients should be used without dividing them. The lid should be closed tightly after the hardener is used all at once.
A notched trowel should be used for application.
It should be protected from water for 8-10 hours.
