Polyurethane Insitu Binder ensures that floors such as outdoor fields, children's playgrounds, and running tracks are mixed with SBR rubber granules on-site, poured onto the ground to the required thickness with the help of a finisher or by hand, and bonded to each other to form a strong, resistant structure. This product, which is especially used in external areas, should not disrupt the flexibility of the SBR after installation and should not harm health without using poison containing TDI.

Application procedure Kenncoat Bulk Binder is mixed with EPDM or SBR granules in the mixer at a rate of 20% by weight according to the granule diameter. It is applied to the floor by finisher machine or by hand.
Application conditions There should be no moisture, dirt, dust, rust or oil on the application surface. If the concrete to be applied to the concrete floor must have been poured at least 22 days ago.
All mixed material should be consumed within the usage period.
equipment cleaning Ethyl acetate, butyl acetate or cellulosic thinner is used.
