Application Terms- After the polyurethane coating is mixed with the hardener, its usage time varies depending on the temperature and humidity of the environment. Hot environment shortens the usage time, cold environment increases the usage time. It is not recommended for use at temperatures below 10°C and above 30°C. It is recommended to apply the coating to both surfaces on surfaces that may be exposed to moisture later. All mixed material should be consumed within the usage period.
Application Procedure- Polyurethane adhesive is obtained by mixing 5.25 parts by weight of component A and 1 part of component B. It is recommended to follow the following rules during application. It should be mixed with a slow speed mixer for at least 2 minutes. Thorough mixing of the two components is important for bonding quality. After using the hardener, its cap should be closed tightly. A roller should be used to apply the coating to the vertical surface, and a notched trowel should be used to apply it to the horizontal surface. It must be protected from water for 8-10 hours.
